Mango juice concentrate is high-quality mangoes as raw material, and is produced through advanced production line which is complete with high and new technologies of scientific peeling, forced circulation concentration and
aseptic packaging.
The product has sugar content at 64-66 Brix and total acidity at 0.5-3.0%. The production period is from May till September, and the output is around 10, 000 tons. Steel drums with aseptic bags inside, 265kgs net each, cold storage at -18C, 72 drums in one 20'GP. It is the raw material for
beverage factories, canneries, food ingredients factories and other
food factories.

Mangoes - cleaning & sorting - peeling & decoring - pulping - thermal inactivation - enzymolysis - Juicing -concentration - sterilization - packing - inspection - finished product
